2. Personal and Business Address, email, Telephone numbers, Occupation, TRN & ID for all Directors and Shareholders and Secretary 

3. Designate an amount for the share capital (This is a repesentaion of ownership percentage in a company) 

4. Business Registration Forms (BRF & 1A) along with schedules with additional information if applicable is to be completed with all parties signing  

5. A companies Office fee is required in the amount of , $26,000.00 is required  

6. Duration of 5-7 business days is slated for this registration to be completed after all requirements are met 

Partnership Registration
